On Wednesday, January 23rd 2008, Chairman Edward Markey (D-Mass.) and the Select Committee on Energy Independence and Global Warming held a hearing entitled "Cap, Auction, and Trade: Auctions and Revenue Recycling Under Carbon Cap and Trade."
